Los Calicantos Aqueduct

There is a jewel in the small town of Gestalgar that can be found very close to the well-known Gestalgar bathing area. There the visitor can find the Roman Aqueduct of the Calicantos – an unfinished Roman construction which, in spite of not fulfilling at any moment its water transport mission, offers the rare opportunity to see an exemploir of construction as the Roman workers left it many centuries ago.
