19th of June
Summer is here which means that it is time for water adventures! This time we are going to the best bathing spot in the whole community – the natural pool formed by Carbo river, with it’s own waterfall.
We’ll meet in Valencia, in front of Mestalla stadium (the parking lot on av. Aragón) and drive to Villahermosa del Río. Once there, we’ll have a coffee on a terrace and start the hike.
We’ll start hiking from Villahermosa and walk along the Carbo river the entire way. There will be several opportunities to at least get our feet wet. We will also cross the river several times, with the help of makeshift wooden bridges. The best part of the hike will be the waterfall, where we can also go for a quick dip to freshen up. As we make our way back, the canyon made by the same Carbo river will be a very pleasant sight. Finally we will have a drink on a terrace in Villahermosa and return to Valencia.
