Along the way, notable landmarks include the Font dels Llops and historical cobbled paths that reflect the area’s rich heritage.

Eslida is a picturesque village nestled in the heart of the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park in Castellón, Spain. Situated at an elevation of 381 meters, it lies beneath the imposing Puntal de l’Aljub peak and the remnants of its historic Muslim castle. The village is enveloped by lush forests of pines and cork oaks, with the Anna River meandering through its terrain, creating a landscape rich in biodiversity and natural beauty. Eslida’s history traces back to Roman times, but it was during the Muslim period that it flourished, evident in its architecture and the remnants of its castle. Today, visitors can explore its narrow, winding streets, visit the 18th-century Church of El Salvador, and discover various natural springs and hiking trails that showcase the area’s serene environment.
