Alcalalí, a small village in the picturesque landscape of Vall de Pop, hosts an annual almond blossom festival. Let’s visit it and go for the hike through the blossoming almond trees.


This time, we’re venturing to Alcalalí, a village that unfailingly welcomes visitors with open arms. It’s a land of contrasts, painted with the delicate pink of almond trees and the radiant blue of the sky. Our journey will take us on a hike through the heart of Vall de Pop, where we’ll be treated to the stunning sight of blossoming almond trees. This hike offers an easy route, suitable for all, and it’s the kind of experience that deserves to be savored slowly, with stops at every step to soak in the sweet aroma of the almond fields, all nestled beneath the ever-imposing mountains of Parcent and Cavall Verd.


Difficulty: medium/low (10km with 335m of elevation gain)
Technical level: medium/low (single-track trails and gravel roads)
Meeting point: Mestalla, parking lot on av. Aragón, 9:30 (return to Valencia ~18:00)
Price: 39 euros (35 euros signing up before Friday, 9.02) / 15 euros coming to Alcalalí.
