Let’s go for another coastal hike! This time we are going to visit Cala Granadella and walk along the cliffs surrounding this picturesque cove.
Cala Granadella, nestled along the coast of Jávea in the province of Alicante, is a true Mediterranean gem renowned for its stunning natural beauty. This secluded cove is surrounded by rugged cliffs and lush pine forests, creating a picturesque setting that draws visitors year-round. Hiking around Cala Granadella offers an unforgettable way to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Jávea’s coastline. Several trails wind through the surrounding cliffs and forests, providing stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the cove below. One of the most popular routes is the trail to Castell de la Granadella, a historic 18th-century fortress perched atop a cliff. This moderate hike rewards adventurers with panoramic vistas of the coast and the azure waters below. Another notable trail leads to Mirador Granadella, a viewpoint that offers a sweeping perspective of the rugged terrain and the endless horizon.
